I like putting potatoes, pickles, hard boiled eggs, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. Easy and fast. Crunchy radishes does sound good though. I'll have to try that

I do it simply but it always comes out great. I've added hard boiled egg if you like it, but when I don't I've just put in a dash of dill, celery seed, some old bay seasoning (it replaces the salt), crushed pepper, some chopped red pepper. Always put in finely chopped onion. (grated or mini-choppered) Hellman's light mayo and some milk.

I like many styles. Warm German salad is great, goes with beer and sausage. Most of the time just mayo hard boiled egg dill and chopped onion.

I use diced potatoes cooked til their tender but not smushy. Then I add hard boiled eggs, sweet salad cubes(not relish), mustard, and miracle whip. I mix it together and then sprinkle paprika over the top.
