I remember the premise of the rhyme - is was a play on words using the names of cigarette, cigar and tobacco products.

Silly things like, Pall Mall is not in Kent but Marlboro country.

I have seen something similar at the Fisher Library at the University of Sydney, but that was a long time ago. Sorry.
