Nah, i heard that fruit ferments if it has to sit on top of a meal in your stomach - the exceptions are bananas, they're OK. Making a habit of it can cause cirrhosis of the liver!!

Its best to have fruit before a meal so it can pass through quickly.

Eating fruits before meals are better for they help to make you feel full and therefore you will tend to eat less.

Yes. It's like eating a balanced diet. But fruits are limited to eat because it can toxicate you.....

yes to make you healther its because well idon;t know but my mum said to me it burns your fat away.
