For native animals, you have the common coyotes, squirrels, rabbit, deer, and some coons, possums, fox, and moutian lions are starting to really show up. Some hogs are around but they arent native. There has been several wolf sigting around my area too. Of course we got the geese, ducks, and turkeys, pheasant, and quial. I think thats about it.

I have tons of coyotes that are becoming a major problem, mostly because they are eating our chickens. At least I get some extra time with my AR-15. I live in a rural area, but it is not rural enough to get anything much larger than that. And of course we get the little guys like rabbit, raccoon (although they're not all that little around here) and squirrel.

Pretty much the same here except the mountain lions(but I have heard they're on the comeback) and you can add raccoons, whitetail deer, turkey, pheasant and bob-white quail. You got to go a little further to the north for the bear and they're black bears here in the north east.

I live in the suburbs and have plenty of "wild animals" in my backyard, but we cannot hunt them down as "game".

There are opossums, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, moles, mice, mallard ducks, all kinds of wild birds including flickers and woodpeckers. There is also a feral cat that visits the backyard sometimes.

But, the the most "wild animals" are the young men in the neighborhood house behind mine. They have some really "loud par-tays". Ha!

despite that i live in a rural area, there are all of those, save the lions and bears (and tigers , oh my, in a jumbled order.. get that?)
dodging deer on the road is an acquired skill.
here's a riposte: ever seen or even heard of a "reverse skunk?" i have, and have seen 'em. got few fairydiddles around here too!
