If you are a child then go to your parents and let them decide. If you are an adult, then I would just pop the blister and keep it clean.
If a bite breaks the skin, and it's your dog that you know is vaccinated then you don't need to see a doctor unless you need some sort of medical follow-up like antibiotics or stitches. If it is a strange dog, then it's best to go to a doctor so the dog can be confined to watch for rabies. Rabies in dogs in the US is extremely rare. The chances of getting rabies from a dogbite is really small even with a stray dog.

There is no need to worry. Just ice it. The skin wasn't broken so no bacteria from the dogs mouth got in. Its just like a blood blister. You will be ok.

No it's not that big of a deal! Gosh, get over it! My cousin was only five when she got bit by a dog and blood was oozing big time.

If you are not bleeding (but have an internal wound), I think it would be ok. As long as the dog did not penetrate your skin, you don't have to worry about contracting any diseases from the dog.

wash the surface. Since the skin wasn't penetrated you are safe.

You will be just fine. If it swells, put a cold pack on it.
