The churches , temples and Mosques have been made by men and not by god ,God cannot b confined to those buildings and God is nit confined to those buildings .goid is omnipresent . god is the whole cosmos and his ( we have no other better term to refer to god in third person singular ) nature are the qualities of the natue hat creates ,sustans and annihilates for recycling .the universe is dynamic an dis chaning continuously .what is born must be dying .
Besides some natural occurences are created by the cumulati eactions of man over centuries ,
the scoop earthfromone spot for centuries and construct structres in someaoher spot for centuries and sothe pressure onone spot continues to build up and the otehr spot is shallow andvacant .We also draw all hwater from the under ground .//water has a volme and the totl volume opf of waer drawn up woud cause a vacuum under the ground over which we put enormous pressure by constucing heavy and hig rise building .sothe pressure on th elands in specifc spots exert a pressure that ios spread oer a lage and differnet areas, these together with the meling of ice due to the emissiom of gasses tha cause the atmospheric temperature rice melt the ice in th epoles and cause the water levelin the ocean rise enormously .the pressure exerted on the earth some where pushes the land upin the ocean floor and this cause the oceanic water o rise and nundate the cpastal areas and cause destruction..The se ar enot god made . ZThese things are made by men. We can no blame ?God for the destruction that we cause ourselves.God does not interfere in our actions which we do based on the inpuis that we get from our sense . . See Bahavad gita , the 5the teachng .

This is a serious question, so I am going to attempt a serious answer. We can agree that the universe appears to be under the law of death and destruction. Everything in the universe is being degraded to something lesser than itself. If it weren't for the seeds of rebirth and renewal, there would be nothing here.
I believe, in religion we refer to that as 'the curse'. Humans have always sought to circumvent that in some way, "religion" must be our answer. Since the dawn of mankind, we have tried to find ways to deal with that. There were cultures that went so far as to even try human sacrifice, in order to appease the "gods".
We are still trying to do that today, by believing that if we are "good" enough God will somehow change that law just for us- not for everyone, just for us "good" people.
That's a wonderful thought. But think about it- ideally we should all be that good, right? No one should ever have to die, or get sick, or suffer. But then we are talking about changing the very nature of our universe. Then we would have something completely different than what we have. It would indeed be "heaven".
I think what God is telling us, be patient, that day is coming, but for right now, I will give you the grace to withstand what you have to go through right now. So if it be His will that I die today, or suffer loss, or am in pain, He will go through it with me, but He cannot spare me. To do that, He would have to spare everyone. I can accept that, and trust that He is as good as His word.

All of our actions have consequences. The wrong-minded ones have negative consequences which ricochet around the universe. If you want to end disasters, do only good. God has given us much freedom - it is up to us to make a better world by changing ourselves.

When the God has given this earth to human to show creativity that should take to Gods Capital, He will not interfere in any actitvity destroying natural balance he has set. It is our responsibility to keep this earth safe. Because of artificial imbalance we have created, such things are bound to happen.

The very fact that u r alive and kicking and asking this qn. is a proof that God is a protector and not destroyer. Otherwise u too would have perished along with the so many who died. So be thankful.

What is your understanding of the term God?
Do you think He is a king like person sitting some where in the sky with all powers?
he resides in you , and each of us.
when some thing happens why have you not acted and prevented it in good faith in that omnipotent power in you.
we lack the knowledge we are some times doubting ourselves,So these things happen.
God is NO WHERE HE IS THERE ALWAYS WITH YOU ,AROUND YOU.feel Him.
Such doubts vanish.

Why should he Protect You just because You kept faith in him.
No he will not,
He gave You brain, Hands and legs use them
don't depend on God for everything and blame blame God for everything.
There are 100000000000 like you whom ever God will be listening.
Do Your duty.
No church or temple any thing god will not save himself when time comes.
When Time came Ram went to forests,
When time came Krishna died
Jesus
Buddha
They could have avoided it but no
They will not avoid.

Please, don't ask in UPPERCASE LETTERS. And you have terrible, terrible grammar.
Like the previous answer-er said, God sends disasters, to test us (Like Noah.) or to teach us a lesson (Like Jonah.)
Besides, it wouldn't be God's fault if we get killed. Really, it's our fault. If we die because the ozone layer disappeared, won't it be our fault because we never took care of it? If we die because we suffocate, wouldn't it be because we continuously cut down trees? Of course, there are some un-man-made disasters as tsunami (Tsunami with a T. Please check your spelling.), but all we need is faith. Besides, if God will save everybody, it wouldn't be fair now, wouldn't it?
