my mom doesnt want me to live in utah, she says i have a bigger attitude when im out there. but, actually, im depressed and lonely out here.. out there im always on the go. and happy how should i tell my mom i dont want to live with her

TALK WITH HER.
Tell her you love her, but you wish to live where your dad does.
This will probably break her heart, so hopefully you have more reasons than being sad and bored. Hopefully your father really wants to look after you and monitor your actions if you stay with him.

Just sit her down... and in a non whining, no attitude way let her know how you feel. Don't get upset if she doesn't agree.... just let her know that this is how you feel and you really would like for her to take you seriously.
But be ready, she may have her own reasons for not wanting you out there. If that is how she feels there may not be alot you can do to change that.

If you really have a hard time talking to her, then write a letter explaining everything. In the letter tell her that you do want to talk afterward but that you wanted to get your point across without becoming emotional.
If she is not understanding at all, then talk to your dad and have him talk to her.
