Short answer = yes

Basically anything that uses your ISP bandwidth is considered 'content'. When 'streaming', especially from your PC, it counts as upload bandwidth. Most ISP's have a limit on total bandwidth allowed each month.
Even if your ISP is hosting a website for you, most set bandwidth limits on those as well. However, if you go with the hosting service, once the content is uploaded to the site, it may only count as the intial upload. You would have to check with your ISP to be certain.

hey, yes streaming does take up download allowance, because its just like your downloading something, but your just viewing/listening to it on an internet page.

yes , ofcourse! if u use internet tv for an hour it means that u have downloaded 320MB of data!!!shocked???so please stop streaming videos during day time.i guess ur isp is providing u free at night.doesnt they?so see all these videos during free hours!

because if streaming takes it all

then you cant surf other websites or open other programs that uses internet connection
