My little boy turns 5 in a couple of weeks.. we are only inviting about 7 children, but there will be a total of around 10 or 11. I would love to hear about any partygames that are fun, but don't require hours of preparation. Thanks! :-)

Pin the tail on the donkey is always a fun one but I would switch it up to go with the theme of his party (i.e.-This past Dec. when my daughters turned 3 they had a Princess themed party so instead of pin the tail on the donkey it was pin the tiara on the princess)

A Pinata might be fun too if the party will be outside, or maybe if the parties outside you can buy a sprinkler or a slip and slide something like that let them play around in the water but if you're having an indoor party then you can go to Toys R Us or a local toy store and buy a board game or something you think they would all love to play, Twister maybe?

I'm 22 but I remember when I was younger and went to parties I used to love playing musical chairs, it was always my favorite (especially when I won and the parents had a box full of prizes and I got to choose one)

You'll think of something, it doesn't take too much for a 5 year old to have fun! Good luck!

A few that come to mind are "Hot Potato", "Musical Chairs", "Freeze Dance" and "Limbo".

Enjoy!
