this all depends on several things how long have you known this person ,is this person someone you want to be involved with ,what kind of relationship do you have with this person etc etc. There are so many ways to show your emotions of how you feel about a person. You have to make sure not to make the mistake of confusing lust and love. You usually get to know someones disposition before you become friends or even like the person .Love is a very serious emotion that can cause real psychological stress and damage. Love is unconditional no matter what, lust is just temporary, you can also love your friends but thats a different kind of love. So think about if you want to spend your life with a person or just be friends or just be intimate with lust

I used to say it because I was unaware of how powerful it really is. I didn't fully understand it, and I still don't think I do.

That depends on who he/she is.
If it is the same sex, I would run for it.
If it is the opposite sex, and I know him. I would think twice before reciprocating, but definitely not the same thing.

The first answer that will come to my mind will probably be, "are you playing 'truth or dare' with someone?" >.<
