Go to their site and complain. I've complained to budweiser about bad beer and they sent me a voucher for a free 12 pack. When I complained to kraft about bad hot dogs(they own oscar mayer) they sent me a coupon for a free package of hotdogs. Most companies will give you freebies to keep you happy and buying their products.

Most companies, big or small have a presence on the Internet. I would check their web-site.
There should be an area on there that allows you to contact them. If you can contact via email I would start there.
Tell them exactly what your issue is. Don't be mean. Most companies appreciate the feedback.
Tell them what your issue is in clear and concise terms. Be sure to include contact information. Their quality control people will probably contact you for a follow-up. Good luck.

If you can take the food back to the supermarket and tell them what is wrong with the product they will replace it or give you the money back.
If you want to address the matter to the company itself find their website and see if they have a contact us link.
If they are reputable companies they want to know your problems,

Use the phone # on the back of the package or email and let them know. They normally will refund or send a coupon for a free replacement.

You can ask the manager of the place for a comment card, almost all resturants have them. You do not have to leave it there, you can always mail it in. You can usually find their webpage and they have customer service on them.

Look up their websites; they usually have an email or snail mail address to send complaints, and they usually send you coupons for free products, or your money back.

Either a phone call or a business letter, tell them, tell them why, and tell what you want them to do.
