Unfortunately you cant target fat in certain areas. However it does come off quicker in some areas. Unfortunatley the abdomen is not one of these. There isnt really one thing you should eat, just a balanced diet and plenty of exercise.

Stay away from anything with trans-fat in them. Those are the worst. I see so many teen-age girls that , although they are not overweight, they still have a pooch on them because they eat so much fast food. Trans-fat is also the worst for your heart.
