I do NOT believe in CREATIONISM so you may call me a Christian Evolutionist, for all that I care. I am posing this very question only to observe what sort of responses I will provoke. We have been tormented, ridiculed and totally subverted by liberalists and atheists for an extensive period and that it’s become unbearable for me to live with a painstaking fear that religion will eventually be diminished forever.

Now: What proof(without the sonorous use of the Bible) can you give me to substantiate that we did in fact evolve from Adam?

THAT’S RIGHT…NONE.

We need to wake up. We MUST accept evolution not because it is extraordinary accurate, but because there is enough evidence which can blow the mythological assertion that we came from two humans into the garbage once and for all!

Please Christians read, read, read! Read science and learn. BE OPEN MINDED. LET US ACCEPT EVOLUTION. WE CAN STILL BELIEVE IN GOD AND ACCEPT EVOLUTION!!!!! We are being disparaged consistently on this issue, because there is so much evidence surrounding the theory- that we are ignoring it to advocate our foolish, childish, fallible theory of intelligent design- derived only and entirely BY MAN!

Richard Dawkins- a world renowned evolutionary scientist has repeatedly berated us, calling us stupid, delusional, and more abhorrent names of the like.
FOR INSTANCE-
TAKE A LOOK AT THIS VIDEO WHERE DAWKINGS CHALLENGES AN EVANGELICAL WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT EVOLUTION (thinks we arrived here by accident!) :

I DO NOT believe one event in the bible legitimately took place, and that is because as a 16 year old it arduous for me to uphold any of the principles and the stories which are being told in the bible as FACT, because nothing which is written in the bible can ever be validated. We must NOT avert the fact that when Jesus lived he hadn’t written the Bible even though he was literate, brilliant and competent enough to do so.

1) The rapture is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.
2) “Jesus will return” oh yea? - Herold Camping was a devout evangelical prominent Christian who played an active role in the conservative Christian radio station 94.7 F.M in America, and prophesized that the world will end in the year of 1994- an ostensibly erroneous theory. But he was so sure about it that he wrote an entire book on this conviction. (Time Has an End)
Now the man is dead.

3) THERE IS NO FLYING SPAGETTI MONSTER. The thought of such existence is totally ludicrous.

I do not want to challenge your beliefs. I am a Christian who is now championing the legitimacy of the Bible. I am beginning to unveil the apparent holes in the bible which you people overly reject, and it is a shame. If the earth is 6,000 years old, then what notion do you hold when it comes to the evidence of preexisting life- dinosaurs who had lived millions of years ago which is not once accounted in the bible? There is fossilized evidence to show that dinosaurs existed, will before humans did- so the earth cannot ONLY be but a few thousand years of age.

WE HAVE GOT TO WAKE UP! We cannot continue to dismiss scientific evidence for our existence for an insipid, inaccurate humanistic version that we came from Adam and Eve.

Woo!!! FINALLY!!! I completely agree! Jesus did die on the cross for our sins but can you honestly say that you think some talking snake slithered by and told 2 people to eat from a tree. I can't. Jesus died for ALL of our sins, not just that one. EVOLUTION IS REAL. WE BECAME SOMETHING INTELLIGENT FROM SOMETHING LESS FORMED. READ SOME BOOKS, PEOPLE!

I retired when i was 36, i work sometimes, but not for the money. Tomorrow i wake about 8 am, i bought new glass doors to fit to the farmhouse, i'll fit them, and switch a couple of others around. If the sun is nice, i will probably get a coat of paint on another door that needed fixing, and clear finish the new glazed doors. Then up the ridge to cut wood for winter, after i service the chainsaw, & prepare the truck for a bit of mountain climbing. Its a holiday here tomorrow, so i want to take it easy, lol. Most people who sleep in are very tired; its the cause of their fatigue that can be hard to discern, or understand.

Actually, there are some archaeological findings of the "Adam and Eve" Story. 1) The "Temptation Seal" found among Ancient Babylonian tablets. (At the British Museum.) The seal shows a tree in the middle. A man sits on the right. A woman sits on the left, plucking fruit from the tree. A serpent stands erect behind her, as if whispering in her ear.

2) The "Adam and Eve" seal, which dates 3500 B.C. It depicts a man and woman (naked) walking as if "Utterly downcast, followed by a serpent."

And we really don't know how old the earth really is from the Evolution or Creation point of view. They both start with the "Big Bang." and some scholars suggest dinasours were first, then the caveman.

Archaeology has proven that events in the Bible DID happen. 1) The flood. Other religions cover the flood also, and flood deposits from the cities, prove it also. They have found cities on top of cities.

For a 16 year old so sure don't know much. You should do your history on "The Bible" first more clearly before jumping conclusions.

Okay, here goes nothing and by all means contact me and we will continue this discussion because you are showing alot of ignorance. First, God is beyond our physical limitations so saying something is physically impoosible with GOd is nonsense. Second, Just because someone acts as a prophet doesn't mean they are. The guy you mentioned obviously was a false prophet so should not be listened to. Third, "spagetti monster"???????????/ WHat the heck are you talking about???????????

Fourth, I am not here to go with the crowd. I am not here to follow the liberal, socialist, godless agenda. I am here to bring the truth of the Good News of Jesus Christ and the ttruth (scientific, mathematical, archeological, or otherwise) of the Bible which the above mentioned agenda wants to distort, mislead, and falsify. Your tirade is a perfect example of the agenda at work trying to make Christians doubt their faith and non-believers from accepting the Truth. Honestly, I cannot understand how you can stll call yourself a Christian when you are trying to disprove everything in the Bible and then spreading those lies about holes to others.

Research truth, buddy, and hope to hear from you.

gosh --Where do I start?? you re so young and malleable . You have not had the life experiences of a older person and all teens think they know more than their elders--So there are your qualifications to answer the question you pose

Have you read the instructional manual for us Christians --??

especially the new covenant after the prophesied Messiah came and was reborn--By the way 1000's of eyewitness' to this ---mostly Jewish and many hated him

I suggest you read a little pray a little and take some counsel from others before "making your bed " ,

Be Blessed --see my links --turn on your radio and learn from good teachers --not Benny Hinn or Harold Camping lol lol

yeah it's too bad religious people have to be religious. If they could just be religious without being religious, then everyone would have to respect them.

I understand what you're saying (there is no question creationism hurts christianity and islam more than helps), even agree with it to some extent (evolution does not disprove "God"), but the Bible doesn't just say that Adam and Eve were real or that people are made in God's image, it says that we need to ask for forgiveness from Jesus because of Adam and Eve's original sin, before which life on earth was perfect. It's kind of an important part of christianity, if our souls are born clean, why do we need to repent?

I don't think that poking rudeness at you is the right way of responding. I am being honest, not offensive. Please get a Strongs Concordance and reread your Bible. Please? From what you have written you seem confused. A person can not denounce the Bible and say they believe in Christ. It doesn't make sense. Just stop and listen to your heart. I mean no disrespect. The Bible can be hard to understand and really takes a lot of study. And evolution in my opinion really is a theory. I have yet to see any real facts that support evolving from a monkey. And if evolution was real than why has it stopped?

If you are a true christian and believe in God; you will also believe what the Bible says as true. The Bible says that God created man in his image..not a monkey or a fish.
If evolution is so profound why are we not seeing apes or fish walking out of the oceans or jungles with human traits today??
You are trying to dismiss all things of the Bible that true christians believe.
I do not believe you have the right to call yourself a christian as you are trying to overthrow the word of God.
You are posing as a christian to try to get people to listen to your rants. I hope one day God brings you under conviction. I will pray for your soul.

The bible-beliving Christians I know are very much awake. It seems that you are the one still waking up to the fact that evolution goes against real observable science when it is about Darwinism and the Bible is consistant with true science.

As an atheist, I have to thank you for this post. Fundamentalist BS has been dumbing down our kids for too long now, and has to be stopped. Besides, it does great harm to religion to deny scientific fact, and you'd think they would realize that. That's why almost all of the mainstream christian churches, and the pope, have endorsed evolution.

If you ARE a Christians then you would let us refer to the Bible. In the six days the Hebrew word for one of those days is "yom" which is a twenty four hour period. If man evolved that quickly then we should still be rapidly evovling today.

There exists no evidence for evolution. Only theories.
