My brother is allowed to have his girlfriend stay the night over at our house, but when I ask my mom if it's okay if my boyfriend stays the night she immediately says NO. It's really unfair. My dad says it's okay but my mom won't allow it. I need a way to persuade my mom into letting him stay the night. Any ideas??

Yes, my brother is older than me, but his girlfriend is about 3 months older than me. My mom said he can't stay over because "things" will happen. Okay first off I'm not a sslluutt. Second, I just want him over because I love being with him. And our curfew at night together is 12 and we always haaate saying goodbye to eachother so I figured, why say goodbye when we can fall asleep together? It's too soon into our relationship to be doing anything sexual. My boyfriend knows full well that I won't do anything with him.

Maybe you could sleep over at his house.

I seriously doubt you will be able to persuade your mom.

Maybe you could have him sleep over without her noticing, and then the next day she would realize nothing bad happened.

Heyyy, I wish your parents would both put a stop to ALL this sleeping over. Boy + Girl + all night is only headed one place. You are setting yourself up. And you are sending the wrong messages to yourself, the guy and the rest of the world.

When you are ready to settle down and get married, a lengthy list of "former experiences" will not be attractive to your future husband.

Listen to your mom on this one! =)

Wow. I don't see how ANY parents in the world would say yes to that. No use trying to get them to budge. sorry. But that is raising the bar a little to high...having your boyfriend over to spend the night...I don't see how you're parents let your brother!! it's worse when you're older anyways.

Thats so unfair to you i mean 4 your brother get his GF to sleep over and you cant ,any way just talk to her tell her about her letting your brother get his GF and you not promise her that nothing will happen and tell her that she can check on you every 5 min if she wants tell her that u just hate to say goodbey to him and thats the only reason that you want him to stay over.

Your mother gets my vote on this one.

Why play with fire, you may just get burned.

For as long as you are willing to live under your parents roof, you should respect and honor their rules.
