okay.....I'm not fat or any thing like that ......I'ma size 7 and I love my nice apple bottom.....but I can't stand my gut.......I need to tone up my stomach.....PLEASE HELP....BUT....I don't wanna lose my perfect round booty...LOL

work it out girl...i'm a personal trainer and you need to work out that mid-section anyway you know how./.......work-'em till they hurt then rest and work 'em again...........plus cut out the saturated fat cuz you will never see your beautiful abs if the are covered in blubber....

Crunches, crunches, crunches! Instead of trying to do a fast or weird carb diet, just follow the basic dietary guidelines- the food pyramid! You will be getting the protein you need to burn fat on your stomach and add muscle to it. And if you eat healthier and exercise, that doesn't mean you will "lose" your butt. You will just tone it! :)

crunches- but breathing makes all the differents. you must must must exhale un the way up and inhale down. breath in your chest not your stomach. you should see your ribs widening and closing when you breath. not your stomach up and down. and when you crunch up when you exhale tightening your abs. leg lifts are the same. lay flat. this works out your lower abs. exhale when you bring your legs up and inhale slowly on the way down. you can feel it when you do this right. the breathing is the hardest part. that is why many people have pop belly. because they breath when they bring their legs up instead of exhaling. give it a shot. let me know how it works.

well there's alot of options,there's joining a gym,there's buying a bowflex,it work wonders if u stick to ur own program.sos use abs crunches.

sit ups, crunches, etc etc...the problem is....no matter what you do....if you excercise......your but will change
