I was dating this guy for 3 months non exclusively. Well he was on vacation in another country for 2 weeks and when he came back he seemed weird and ended things between us a couple days later. This was a week ago and today is the first day either of us have even talked to each other. (we work together) I didnt really get a reason for this ending except its weird bc he was gone so long which just makes it more difficult for me to understand. I have been told he keeps staring at me and I do still like him. Do you think he was just guilty about something that happened while he was away, but wernt exclusive?

Even if you dont have the "title" he probably feels like what ever he did while you were gone would screw up whatever he wanted to get out of the relationship. so he probably feels guilty right now, for whatever reason. exlusive or not. anything else?

Maybe he wanted exclusivity and someone told him you were taking advantage of him being out of the country to run around.

Talk to the guy, you will never know what you might learn if you don't ask.

yes...It sounds like something did happen while he was gone. Now he is back that may be over and now he may interested in you again. You should ask him, honestly what happened while he was away. If he can't look at you directly and give you an answer, I would Tell him...see ya later, or take hike.
