I weight about 142 pounds, 5'6 height, skinny. (I was not always skinny.) I have some muscle definition and not much in the abs.
I do strength training on a Total Gym and weights 2 -3 times a week.
20 min to1 /2 hour ab work out 4 times a week.
Pilaties 1-3 times a week.
I do Tae Kwon Do when ever I can get o class up to twice a week.

My goal is to get more definition and bulk (I don't want to look like a body builder.)

I think i am skinny enough except for possibly in the abdominal area. If I do more cardo I'll get more skinner all over.

check your body fat percentage, you have to be below 10% for your abs to have definition.

You are doing an excellent job but you need to add some cardio. You may just need to shed a few pounds around the abdomen and your toned tummy will soon appear. Also, don't work out every day. Your muscles need time to repair and rebuild which defines them. Keep up the good work!
