Yes, you can.
Check your local pawn shops. They're not that rare, either.
You can often find really good S&W .38 revolvers with surface rust etc that go incredibly cheap. They aren't pretty, but they're solid, fine guns once cleaned/fixed up.
I've bought Smith & Wesson Model 10's as low as $20 apiece before. Used to buy them just for the frames and tossed the trashed parts. Back then, you could get Model 10 "parts kits" for another $25-30. Strip the original pistol down and fix the surface pits in the frame etc, install the new parts and reblue it and you have a great pistol you can pass down to your grandkids.
You won't find "pretty" for $65 or less. But then again, "pretty" doesn't get the job done. But you can easily find "decent" for that much.

If you buy a handgun for $65 or less let me know when you are ready to shoot it so I can stand far away, all joking aside the old saying you get what you pay for nothing worth while owning is going to be that cheap unless you know the person and they are giving you a deal. you will always pay for quality.

Sure you can. But try to get them to include a heavy bicycle chain and padlock so you can use them as a weapon.
Nine times out of ten, a gun that cheap is vastly overpriced for the quality.
I remember once the Birmingham Pistol Parlor ran and ad offering to sell a handgun for $10.00. I went in and asked to see the advertised gun. When I saw it, I called the man a damned thief for overpricing the piece of crap. He just laughed and nodded agreement.
Save your money and buy a decent gun. You can often find a good used revolver for $250.00 or less.

Its not what you pay for something that matters, its what you get for what you pay...... Save up your $ and get a decent handgun and you won't regret it.......
