how to turn on the black and white mode?

I just bought a Casio Exilim EZ-75 Digital Camrea and I wanted to know is there a Black and White mode and how to turn that mode on.

The general advice is NOT to use black and white modes on digital cameras, but to manipulate your pics in an image editing program and convert them the black and white there. There is much more control that way.

Usually if you rub it gently that will turn it on.
