If anyone knows I would love to know! Thanks! I'll keep looking : )

A drivers license is good enough for a domestic flight.

I had to travel a lot for my last job and took many Air Canada flights (all within Canada) without Government photo ID, this took place throughout 2006. I had been told that proper photo id was required but boarded every flight with a birth certificate and one piece of non-government photo ID (an ID card from a job three years previous). As I walked up to present my boarding pass and IDs for the first flight I was a little nervous that I would be denied, I even had a letter from a Notary Public that I knew personally with a notarized picture of me on it in my backpack vouching that I was who I said I was even though I lost my ID. I never had to reach for the letter and from then on I just presented my ID and ticket as if nothing was out of the ordinary (and apparently nothing was) and never had any problems or hold ups. And I still haven't replaced my id, I should get on that.

If you can't get Government photo ID by the date of your flight I would just bring ALL of the ID that you do have. I could've just been extremely lucky or kept getting Airline employees who didn't care but I traveled A LOT last year and I would assume that someone would've at least said something once.

Hi. I couldn't really tell by your question but I'm assuming you are flying within Canada? If so, use etickets and you won't have to prove who you are. You will just board with your ticket.
