inside your mouth is very painful, i dont suggest it it is usually a gang thing or white supremacist thing, it would take a week or two to be able to kiss

I have several tattooes, including one on the inside of my lip, and I'd say it's damn near the most painful one I've ever gotten. Especially if you're use to biting the inside of your lip alot, which i did. I have my lip done once and tongue pierced twice, and I've gotten my lip ring infected, but i had no problems with the tattoo in there. It didn't take a horribly long time to heal, but with all mouth piercings or tattooes, you shouldn't be smoking, kissing, drinking, etc for days after it's done. I waited a week for anything more than a peck or just lip kiss with my boyfriend, and mine was fine after that. Plus, you're not going to want to kiss for a couple days because it hurts and when it doesn't hurt it just feels weird for a little while. Also speaking from experience and personal preference, the inside of the lip tattoo is a more male tattoo. I can honestly say i have never actually met another girl with it, just guys.

it actually doesnt hurt as bad as you would think...it actually makes your jaw more sore because you have to sit with your lip pulled down for a long time while it is being worked on...as many have stated, the inside of your mouth is particularly bacterial and extreme care should be taken if a tattoo is put in the mouth.

watching Bam were you? hurts and is a place that heals a little slower due to the mouth being the dirtiest place on the body

it'll hurt a lot like all tatoos and you'll have to take good care of it because of all the bacteria in your moth so you don't get it infected. like all tatos it'll hurt but the pain goes away with time.
