i know people don't like him very much, but i really dig bobby flay. he's fun to watch.

Yeah, he's a jerk, but Bobby Flay's dishes on Iron Chef are probably something close to what the average-skilled home cook could reasonably replicate.

I think Morimoto is the best home chef in Iron Chef America. He's consistent in the quality and plating of his food but most importantly he's humble and always respectful to the other contestants and to the judges.

i might would desire to assert Bobby Flay. i like to grill and that i like how he makes each little thing look so uncomplicated. He makes dishes that maximum folk might eat and not purely stare at, questioning what it incredibly is, nevermind how they are going to get it of their mouths. I would desire to selection with you on Alton Brown, he's a genious! i think of his awareness is being wasted on the nutrition community!

The flavors of Mario Battali are good. If you go to his restaurant you will be amazed. Battali is the best their. But Flay is a close second.

gosh they are all good in there own right. Maybe Batalli for tradition. Kat Cora for presentation, and Flay for all around yum. But Morimoto is a classic, his food is clean and concise.
