What do you think of this for a healthy breakfast after my morning workout? 1cp Kashi Go Lean cereal w/ 1cp skim milk, 1 small apple and 1cp. light tropicana orange juice? Any suggestions?

You should probably eat some protein too like an egg.

I think you're high on the sugars (cereal, milk, juice, apple). Juice, to me, is a waste of calories. Eat the whole fruit and at least you ge the fiber as well.

Or, have some protein like lowfat turkey or ham or a scrambled/boiled egg or maybe some cheese or cottage cheese.

Sounds really good, You could add a little protein to it though.
A few Options for you; a hard boiled egg or 1 String Cheese or a spoonful of peanut butter or a handful of sunflower seeds.
