If not what do I call it?
All the other ingredients are basicaly the same

It's for a baby shower and I don't feel comfortable serving fish to a bunch of pregos, but I need to label it, so I was just wondering what to call it.

Cold cooked rice dressed with vinegar that is shaped into bite-sized pieces and topped with raw or cooked fish, or formed into a roll with fish, egg, or vegetables and wrapped in seaweed.
This is the dictionary term.
