When you are walking on the street, some guys stare at you and say "you are cute". Does that mean they think you look okay?

No, when guys say a woman is "cute" it roughly translates "I'd hit it" LOL . . . seriously, it means they think you're at least decently attractive. I think a lot of girls mean something else when they call guys cute, but that's only a theory of mine right now. Good night!

it means they think ur cute. duh. haha jk but yea depends how they say it..like, in a hitting on voice, it means you turn them on, and a bit of on the edge voice it means ur OK and if they just say it plain..idk...haha
