me and my sister are 6 years apart, and whatever we do, we jsut can't get along! Either I do something that makes her feel annoyed, or vice versa. How do I get along with her? I try holding my anger inside, but that makes me want to explode.

my sister is six and so it won't make much sense to talk to her. She wont get it. So I usually take the blame in arguments, whether its my falt or not!!

You should sit down and talk to her, but when you talk to her make sure that you say it in a way that doesn't make her feel like you are pointing the finger all at her or attacking her. Be easy about it. This is something most all siblings go through...you might grow pass this or maybe you both can find away to be more considerate with each other. Try doing something for her..or helping her get something done. It'll show her even though y'all have problems you still care. Maybe she'd done the same for you.

The reason me and my brother won't get along is because of the fact that we only have 1 parent (nasty divorce) our mother. We tend to fight over her attention and its absolutly neverending. One night me and my brother were up late at night watching TV. Our mother was at work and we totally got along well! It was great we talked and watched TV and we didn't fight. So maybe you should spend some time with your sister.

im not sure about the getting along part... my sister is 2 years younger than me and we fight worse than cats and dogs... (i wish we didnt) but as for the anger part... i hold it in the best i can and then let it out...(when there is no one to see or hear me) i love my sister to death but even my parents know shes hard to get along with... so hold the anger in and maybe in time ya'll will b close... thats what im hoping will happen...

Try to sit down and calmly discuss what's bothering you and let her do the same. Try not let your tempers flare up and things should settle down. Or, just ignore little things that she does and be more tolerant.
