No telling. If it were an auto stick, it would mean your transmission fluid was overheated. In a standard shift its not suppose to be hooked up to anything. May be miss wired or perhaps there is a ground problem in your speedo

Well as far as I know ATF means Automatic Transmission Fluid.... Just check the dipstick whilst the engine is hot (Should be pinkish. (The fluid that is)
