Where spirituality fits in, if at all. I'm not sure what the word even means.

I am, I believe, agnostic. I don't believe in organized religion, but I do believe in a higher power, whether that is God, or Buddah, Confuscious, Bob hope... Anyway, I don't believe there is a hell, and I don't really buy into the whole heaven-according-to-the-bible thing either. I do think that our "souls" are energy, and from what little I understand of science, I think that energy never dies, it simply becomes something else. So, I think that our souls go back to where they come from. They rejuvenate, re-energize, and then they return. I don't think we reincarnate. Quantam physics has pretty much proven that time as we know it does not exist on a continum, but rather exists in paralells. Every soul knows it's journey, and every soul knows it's destination. I think our soul's choose when there is something more to experience and something more to learn.
I also don't believe that God would punish any of us for not believing in her. I cannot think of a single parent that would ever relegate their child to eternal fire no matter what they had done. I cannot for the life of me imagine that God, whose love is greater than the universe, could want hell for any of the rest of us either.
I stand by this. I do not have any regrets, I do not question myself any more. I live everyday with the peace of knowing that life is a journey that I choose every day. I can't get it wrong, so I live it to the fullest.

You have it backwards. People of no faith don't HAVE that strong conviction - that's what we mock in religious people.
Theists love to "turn the tables" on reasonable people by comparing their beliefs to faith. i.e., evolution is a religion, atheism is a baseless conviction, etc. Doesn't that imply that religion and baseless convictions have no real logical weight? Aren't you agreeing that your position is untenable?
As an atheist, I reserve the right to change my mind that gods or deities exist, I just don't see any reason to believe in them right now. Same for unicorns, flying elephants, and teapots orbiting the Earth (I'm really wondering about the teapot, though).

I question others, who feel that they can ask me, and do ask me "Why I do not believe?" Because sometimes I want to ask them the same in return. "Why do you believe?". But I don't because it is up to each individual as to what their beliefs are. If we all accepted that, the world would be a much happier place.
I do not question my convictions, because it is what I know and I have no reason to think that it is wrong or questionable.

Not really. It's really due to all the questions I had about Biblical things that made me start to back away from Christianity. I feel less like I'm on shaky ground now, whereas before, I questioned everything in the Bible, and everything about Christianity in general. Logic and reasoned thinking are preferable to me any old day.

I am sure that there is a margine of possible error in some of my thought,I would be in the extremes of arrogance to believe otherwise.....however,as far as my core convictions, i am steadfast and focused neither looking to the left or right.
I am not close-minded...I am focused and convinced.

as quickly as I used to take heed to Rock, I used to motivate absolutely everyone to take heed to the full CD a minimum of two times until now they desperate in the event that they like it or not... now I say the same ingredient appropriate to the Bible. I actual have study the Bible by means of, conceal to conceal, a minimum of 25 situations. i don't say that to gloat, yet in basic terms to point out that i'm getting something new from it each time! i'm presently examining Reese's chronological Bible (each and every of the verses in elementary chronological order) and that's astounding! yet my factor is that the Bible isn't in basic terms authentic, even though that's residing! i will study new issues from the same verse I merely study 3 months in the past! Ohh... sorry... i did not answer your questions. definite, i think i'm going stable with God & Christ yet doubtfully as stable as I ought to be... I study and pray each and every morning and experience terrible whilst i'm in a hurry and could decrease my time short. i'm not authentic something of the day whilst that occurs. I want on a daily basis to strengthen stronger and closer to my savior. I even have faith that "saved" isn't comparable to "Christian" and that, once you are going to Heaven, you are able to besides commute firstclass. I even have faith that's the accountability of each and every Christian to introduce others to Christ.

No.
The only thing that troubles me about atheism is that so many people are frightened by it, when the fact is that if they only knew it, they would literally have nothing to fear. But that's actually their problem and not mine.

What do you think? Show me a person without questions and I'll show you an idiot who believes what he is told.
