Fox owns the rights to the first half of the season this year and the rest of the year is divided up between TNT, ESPN, and ABC
I'd prefer it if the races stayed with fox all year. they just show cops the entire time the race is on when they don't have it. the commentators on fox are much better than TNT(thats probably the only good thing i can say about fox) but i'm happy to see races with ESPN and ABC. I like their coverage of IRL races at least. Sometimes when races are on ESPN they do double panels during commercial so you can still watch the race and commurcials at the same time. ESPN gets their endorsement and you see all of the race. Its a win win situation.
the race schedule for the rest of the year w/ TV coverage:
06/10/07 Pocono 500 Pocono Raceway TNT/12:30 p.m.
06/17/07 Citizens Bank 400 Michigan International Speedway TNT/12:30 p.m.

Because if FOX had the broadcast of the entire season, someone would surely complain about D.W."s non-stop talk and built-in commercials !! Really it's a money, time and FOX wants to cover Baseball the 2nd half of the year thing.

TNT is slowly taking over sports as FOX becomes even more of a piece of ****. Really though in my neck of the woods, we dont even get freaking abc in High Definition. It is BS. Sorry, TV makes me mad, expecially when sports seasons roll around!!!
hehe.

it's a contracting and money making thing. I think this is the third or fourth season they have done this. NBC did half a season one year.

So that house wives of America can watch there shows and don't have to sit and watch a group of men driving around and around in a circle.
