The Lake of Fire? When Jesus was in Jerusalem a city that was walled with gates for the protection of the people and at one end there existed a valley called Hinnom and in this valley right outside the city there existed a garbage dump where all the garbage and bodies of dead animals and at times the bodies of criminals were dumped. They disposed of these bodies and garbage by fire, they stoked the dump with sulfur and at night looking down into the valley it looked like a lake of fire.
We find this expression used in the Bible only in the book of Revelation, and there its mention is confined to the small area of chapters 19 to 21. A possible allusion to it is also found at Matthew 25:41.

Do a search for gehenna, or the Valley of Hinnom -- that's what it's called. The Hinnom Valley is a deep, narrow ravine located in Jerusalem, running south from the Jaffa Gate on the west side of the Old City, then eastward along the south side of Mount Zion until it meets the Kidron Valley which separates the Temple Mount from the Mount of Olives on the east side of the city.

Hmmm...I wonder why you are trying to find God's incinerator using Google Earth?
I thought everyone knew by now that God's Kingdom is not on this earth.
Of course, if you keep going the way you are, you will find it, eventually. Don't bother to write, nobody will be at home.....

Maybe a translation problem? Try the Ring of Fire. It's in the Pacific, which is kind of a lake.
Of course, if you're looking for Hell, try New Jersey, exit 15.

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

That's REALLY a subtle insult. Thanks. The Lake of Fire and Sulfur comes as the Second Death in God's 1000 Year Reign, where He will punish all non-believers and those angels who chose to follow Satan. Have fun.
