Those who worship God for the hope of gaining , they're not real worshippers ,they're merchants. Those who worship God out of fear ( of punishment ) , they're slaves. And those who worship God to be grateful towards their creator , they are the free people , and their worship is a real one.

I worship God because He is worthy of praise... i see the blessings all around me every day and with gratitude, I honor Him with Praise.... i do not fear the Lord as in 'being afraid' but respect His authority over all.... there is nothing more to gain, for salvation has been given and accepted

He owns me outright. I'm working on a petition for adoption, but, he has some pretty stiff requirements for his sons. You see, he saved my life (physically and spiritually), and I would be less of a person if I didn't acknowledge that fact. I have seen the what he can do, so in that respect my faith is wide eyed, not blind. However, I don't know everything, so I'm afraid I won't measure up, and be shamed. That may not mean much to those who have no sense of honor, or fidelity. But personally, it means everything.

I certainly do fear God, and consequences. That is the beginning.

I worship God & give Him glory because of everything He has provided us. I am grateful...
A healthy fear goes with the appreciation.
Blessings & benefits come from serving Him loyally.

Love for God—Foremost Reason for Serving Him
While accurate knowledge is essential to faith in God, more is needed to move one to obey and to serve him. When asked what is the greatest commandment from God, Jesus said: "You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind and with your whole strength." (Mark 12:30) If a person loves God the way Jesus indicated, he will be most willing to obey and serve Him.

I worship God with love and thankfullness. There is no one with more love for me, glory, or power than God. He is above all things and is worth all my worship. God bless.

I think I can say for all the blessing He bestowed on me throughout the year, definitely out of gratefulness. But in all honesty, personal again and fear is also mingled in there in a small amount.

At first, it was fear but after I found out more about God and His will, it is now of thanks and gratefulness, joy and love!

Gratitude for what he has already given me. Life, this world...his friendship. Even if there were nothing beyond this life...it would be enough to have walked with Him here.
