If you are talkng about what i think you are talking about then yes you should use it at night, i don't knw why but that's what the directions on my bottle say. You should wash the underarm and dry.Apply the deodrant before going to bed and wash off in the morning(do not re-apply!). I'm not sure if you can use it when you are pregnant but pop into boots or a chemist and ask them. I do hope you can i am 13weeks pregnant and my armpits are horrible. I have never smelt of BO in my life and now they stink i was them like 3times a day lol. Good luck and lets us know

I've never heard of clinical strength, but regular strength is fine. You can always ask a doctor. And if anyone makes a comment that you are smelly or sweaty, tell them to go away. You are pregnant, you don't need stuff like that.

I am not sure about using it while you are pregnant, but it suggests you apply it at night rather that day as usual for more effectiveness. Something about sealing off your sweat pores better at that time. Check with doc before using but it should be fine.

I don't think I'd use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anything that plugs up any ducts near the breasts can increase risk of issues while breastfeeding and possibly even cancer because the sweat needs to get released from your body somehow and that area is just too close to your breasts.
