Absolutely! Everyone here is concentrating on the job aspect. There is so much more to it than just that.
First, it opens up the whole world to you. If you speak Spanish, Italian and French, then you can experience Latin America, Spain, Italy, France and Africa in ways that other people can't. And experiencing other cultures is very important if you want to have any perspective on your own culture and personality. It also helps you understand the importance of world events and your country's role in them.
Also, the number of people that you can potentially make important connections with (personal, professional, spiritual) grows geometrically with each new language you learn.
Finally, it is a huge plus in job interviews. It shows you can tackle a large project, show commitment, are open to other cultures, can communicate well, can potentially help your company's planned expansion in [insert name of country here].
If I had not learned Spanish, I would not have met the woman I plan to marry, I would not live in one of the world's most amazing cities (Madrid), I would not have had many of the amazing international experiences I have had, I would not have had any perspective on what it means to be American (the good and the bad).
And you are at the best age to learn (I learned Spanish at 15) because your brain is like a sponge. But if you are really serious, consider spending a summer in one of the countries where the language you want to learn is spoken.

No one knows how far three languages will take you, but there are more possibilities for you if you are fluent in each language you speak. You can get a job as a translator for the government, get a job with a company that does business in France or Italy.
Besides, being multi-lingual is, well to use an 80's term, awesome. I wish I had learned another language.

Definitely!! You can get a job maybe as an interpreter when you're older, plus I think it's fun talking to someone in a different language. When I talk to someone in Spanish or Sign Language, they really light up and it makes things less awkward because they see that you've taken the time to learn their language. They truly appreciate it.

Children in foreign language programs have tended to demonstrate greater cognitive development, creativity, and divergent thinking than monolingual children. Several studies show that people who are competent in more than one language outscore those who are speakers of only one language on tests of verbal and nonverbal intelligence.
Studies also show that learning another language enhances the academic skills of students by increasing their abilities in reading, writing, and mathematics. Studies of bilingual children made by child development scholars and linguists consistently show that these children grasp linguistic concepts such as words having several meanings faster and earlier than their monolingual counterparts. Everyone knows that reading skills are transferable from one language to another, but there are other benefits. A 1994 report on the impact of magnet schools in the Kansas City Public Schools showed that students in the foreign language magnet schools had boosted achievement significantly (Eaton, 1994). It claimed that students in the language magnet's first kindergarten, starting in the program in 1988, had surpassed national averages in all subjects by the time they reached fifth grade. Oddly enough, the foreign language students performed especially well in mathematics. Nancy Rhodes, secretary of the Network for Early Language Learning, an organization that advocates foreign language study, points to research among third and fourth graders in Louisiana. Those who studied French scored higher in English testing than students in the control group who did not.
Another benefit is in your older age. A lesser chance of memory problems or they say, Alzheimers.

Sure although knowing a little to a moderate amount of 4 languages is not as good as knowing 2-3 solidly. I mean, you should know how to write as well as you know English at least. And dont neglect other school work.

more than likely
I think it is good to speak more than one language due to the fact that the whole world is getting "mixed" up so to speak. In each community there are so many different races of people and if you can speak more than one language then you will have more opportunity to help more people and make more money! Congrats to you and good luck in your life!
