I have a hard time justifying a doctor kissing a patient in the hospital, but for the sake of discussion I'll try. Is it possible, he felt bad for you because you were hurting and gave you a brother/sisterly type consoling kiss?
I remember a similar situation where a young woman with bone cancer was in horrible pain, crying, pathetic, etc. The male tech (in this case) came in to clean her up and felt so sorry for her he gave her a kiss on the cheek before leaving. She felt understandably embarrassed. The tech was rightfully disciplined, but at the same time, the nursing staff could "sorta" understand the extenuating circumstances leading up to the kiss and that nothing sexual was meant by it.
This may have no relevance to your situation. I'd go with your gut. If you felt this was more than a, "I'm so sorry you are hurting," then I'd report him.

You should have reported this IMMEDIATELY. I would still make a report and take it from there. If time has passed you might want to think about secretly recording a conversation between you and the doctor where you ask him WHY he would do such a thing. You may not be able to use the recordsing in a criminal matter, BUT you may very well be able to use it to address his being a doctor in front of the medical review board. Good Luck.

Well, the same thing happened to me years ago, only it was my gynecologist. He said some very inappropriate things to me, besides saying how great I looked etc. He was married too. I never reported him, as it would have been his word against my word. I just never went back to him. Sorry, I don't really have an answer for you, but I think things like this happen more than anyone realizes

Not cool! Report him to a higher up management in the hospital. His actions are unprofessional, and he needs to be repremanded. In the mean time, find a new doc, and best of luck on your pain! This was the last thing you needed.

That is SO unprofessional! Is there someone you can contact? I would definitely report him. Maybe he feels like has control because you're in a lot of pain. Or, he feels like your savior and like he has this connection with you because he helps you.. Your his damsel in distress. But if he's married and you're not interested then it's definitely wrong. You should report him. Who does he think he is?

A new discovery within the mistranslation of scripture in The Bible will grow to be The Bible into the technological know-how ebook it consistently used to be from the devout ebook mankind made it into. I recognize this on account that I am the one that made this discovery.

You should report him to the hospital. He needs to be disciplined before he tries to do this again to someone.

Report him. He took an oath and what he's done is wrong. He should have his license taken away.
