you didn't describe much about the stomach trouble,
but i can tell you this for sure, if it was the esophagus in serious trouble - rupturing, then you would be in so much pain that you would be calling 911, not chatting online.
IF you are having the symptoms of morning sickness, where you are sick / throwing up / dizziness ,,,,,,,, stuff like that, then you need to get checked for pregnancy and any other likely cause of the problems, GO see a good doctor.
those types of sickness are not just from being pregnant, it could also be inner ear infection, so please go see a doctor and get checked out,
but if you are just having mild stomach trouble, its probly from something you ate, get some rolaids / tums / anti-gas + anti-acid , medicine and see if that helps,

It could simply mean that you're hungry...or you ate something bad...or you have to go potty(to put it nicely)...or maybe even toot (again, to put it nicely...)
I'm assuming that an internal esophagus rupture would render you helpless and in intense pain.
As for pregnancy, "morning sickness" or nausea doesn't usually occur until about the 2nd or 3rd month...

It may not mean either of those things. You might just have a ulcer. You might have just eaten something wrong. Don't jump to the worst conclusion without going to a doctor.

Could mean several things: you have lots of gas, (try some Gas-X.) You ate too much (Tums), you haven't been drinking enough water and are constipated! you could even have a flu bug! Hope ;you feel better tomorrow.
