Is there a very tiny electronic alarm I can buy that you can set a quick alarm for say 20 minutes?

also how about with a vibrate for alarm instead of sound?

Sure, go to a cookware store. They have these little alarms for up to 60 min.
Any cell phone will work as well.

an electronic wrist watch is all you need...you can also use your cell phone aswell...
