Hi Channian,
I may have a boiled egg once every 2 weeks and when I was working with a trainer, he says: you know the yolk has more calories in it! And I thought, if I'm going to have a simple egg,
I want the whole dam thing! X-Nay taking yolk out, so yes if I have 1 or 2 yolks a must.

I prefer my eggs without a yolk. How about u? Eating just the egg whites is better for you though becasue the egg yolk has bad cholesterol and the egg white has all the protein anyway. Hope that helps.

I like them with the yolk.To me the yolk is the best part. I would rather eat the yolk then the whites.

Personally, I don't like eggs. Considering on Thursday some one threw one at my car. And yes, it had a yolk.

with out yolks... my dad cooks them like that cuz hes on a dit (for life) and he cant eat cholesterol so he cant eat yolks
