It sounds like your dog has injured himself. The best thing that you can do for him is get him to the vet asap. This way you can find out exactly what is going on and the vet will give you the best treatment possible. Good luck

Note: there most likely are emergency vets around your area that you could take him to. Look in your phone book or try to google more info on some around you.

It relies upon on the placement. If the canines is whelping a clutter of puppies or a cat has a splash diarhhea then the 1st decision may well be to shelter it at living house to be certain if the placement gets extra useful. And whilst waiting human beings can ask different puppy proprietors in the event that they have any recommendations on a thank you to handle the difficulty and ask for commonly used suggestion. If it does not get extra useful then the subsequent decision is the vet. some human beings do have some hum dingers on right here, yet for the main section the questions are sturdy, valid ones.

Well, start at his head and work you way down his body look for any broken bones, or any sore. also if he make a noise at any place then make not of it. call your vet they should have a answering servers or take him to a defiant vet that is open. Do not mean to be mean or anything thing, but why did you Wait 2 days? Your Mom should have called when you all first heard that something might be wrong with him!! But Good LUCK and I will be praying for you all!

Since he doesn't want to put extra pressure on his back legs, I would suspect a joint problem. Keep him calm, don't let him jump or use the stairs & get him in to see his vet as soon as you can. Many times the smaller breeds have problems with their knees & that can be repaired surgically. My old toy poodle had hip displaysia & we didn't know it until she was 3 yrs old. She had surgery on 1 side at a time & she was fine for 10 yrs. I have a younger poodle also (just turned 2 yrs) & we had to have her knee fixed shortly after she was 1 yr. You may also want to limit his play until you know for sure what's going on with him. Please get him checked out & don't medicate until the vet advises it.

Keep a close on eye on him. If you are really worried your Vet should have an emergency contact number. You could call and say what is going on and they will tell you if an emergency visit is necessary. Don't assume. Stay on the safe side.

My cocker spaniel had the same thing. Turns out it was neck problems... Try taking him to the vet when it opens and until then just don't let him move too much or it could paralyze him. (That is what the vet told me anyways) Hope this helps and he gets better!

May have hurt its back, pulled something, or something more serious than a bruise.

Keep him quiet and let him rest. Don't make him do anything that might hurt him more.

Take him to the vet as soon as you can.
