Men always say that they cannot judge another man. Yet, they can definately say if he is unattractive. Women look and compare. We may look at another woman's cleavage and think that ours is better, or just admire what she is wearing. So men, HONESTLY, have you ever checked a guy out and admired what you were looking at.

nahh the closest i've ever come to that is when a cross-dresser tried to pick me up and a friend made me look for the adam's apple, i was almost disappointed he made a nice woman. keep in mind this was AFTER i was already pickled

I can't say that I have. I can say, that I don't like to be around dudes who come off cocky or tough guyish. Very few can actually take a punch in the mouth.
