What is Shorinji Kenpo and how do you say it in Western language? Just as it sound here in Japan?

It is a version of Karate that fuses Buddhist religious beliefs into Karate practice. (Much as 'Karate for Christ' does with Christianity and Karate) This, Shorinji, was made just after WWII, which would imply quite much about it's development in Japan. The founder was known as an ultra-nationalist.

Shorinji = Shaolin
Kenpo = Law of the fist

It's a Japanese style of karate with strong religious influence.

Shorinji - kempo is one of the most practiced forms of martial arts in Japan today. Its creator studied with the monks of shaolin. It is practical self defense without the "killer" attacks.
Shorinji - kempo preaches a non violent aproach to life and is very deeply rooted in philosophy and buddihst religion. Its a very practical defensive striking art.
