i been here in usa for 7 year and i am a junior and i wanted to know if i can apply to a drivers license?

I do not think you can. Unfortunately the US has not passed a law to allow illegal immigrants to obtain a Driver License. I have heard that in some states illegal immigrants have been able to get a D.L. Just keep on hoping and praying that American makes its laws better and open borders in order to allow all immigrants get a D.L.

I don't know about that... Im hispanic but a citizen and you need a social secrity number and such...don't apply for your own safety. Wait until the Democrats make a final decision on la reforma migratoria okay. Suerte.

You've been here illegally for seven years, and NOW you want a driver's license? Why not trying to apply for legal citizenship first?

You can apply as long as you are qualified, of legal age, a resident and physically able to drive.

Not in most states. In a couple you could. But the REAL ID act will end that I think in 2008 (but I suspect it will be delayed.)

Depends on the state, I think in MD, you can, but they change that law every 3 months.

no you can't. and if they give it to you then they are breaking the law. you need to worry about becoming legal first. good luck.
