takes about 10 minutes to make:

ingredients:
3 large cans of white chicken
1 granny smith apple
bag of red seedless grapes
lite or non fay mayo
lite or non fat ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl drain and add the chicken tear up with a fork

chop up apples in little slivers or chunks add to chicken

slice grapes in half and add to chicken

throw in a large spoonful of mayo

and a good doll-up of ranch dressing

mix well and add more mayo if the chicken isn't completely moist.
