depends on your skin type. it wont take kindly to waxing/epilating if you are especially sensitive. gentle have removal cream for sensitive skin on bikini area. shaving can quite often irritate bikini lines. whereas underarms seem more used to being shaven. you can get your underarms waxed as well, which i find quite good but is a little painful, and at first my skin is quite tender.

I find shaving is best for underarm. The more you do it the more your skin will get used to it. I used to get bumps and ingrown hairs but now its perfect.I shave every two days straight after taking a shower. Make sure you do the same . The steam and hot water will open up your pores and soften the hair.Get a new razor and nice shaving foam and within a couple of strokes it should be clean shaven. Yes I am a man but even I like to look presentable at the swimming pool and when I wear tops without sleeves.

Hair under the arms is easy, shave or wax. Waxing will probably make you bleed, so you ight not want to get it done before you go out somewhere nice. But despite the maybe bleeding thing, it really isn't THAT painful. Trust me, i cry when i get a paper cut, and it isn't so bad. If you can, take a valium before, or at least 2 advil. Shaving is fine in that area though. waxing your bikini can be horrible to some, and fine to others. I would tweeze one hair and if you are in TERRIBLE pain...don't get waxed. You can shave, but also get a cream to eliminate the bumps after. I recently did electronosis, which is when a light touches you down there, and soon you have no hair. It was a big 1,900 bucks, but soo worth it.

Well, you can have it permanently gone by going to a specialist for hair removal, they use some kind of a laser light. I is very costly and you have to attend a couple sessions.
The easiest*(and cheapest) way is to use a GOOD razor (like the venus devine ones) some soap , or what i would use shaving cream. lather it up then shave in even strokes making sure to rinse the razor so hair doesnt get gunked up in it. Then after you're out of the shower wait about 15 minutes and apply some good lotion like the vaseline cocoa butter kind.
or you could also wax-waxing kind of hurts because your pulling out the whole hair. But it lasts longer than shaving does.I would reccomend getting it done at a salon, make sure they wear gloves and dont double dip in the wax

If you want it gone forever, then laser, but if you're somewhat fair-skinned like myself w/ light hair, then your out of luck. Personally, I have a high pain threshold and still find waxing (I got it done professionally and would only recommend that you do) to be painful. I shave, but make sure that I exfoliate to avoid any razor bumps. I also didn't like that you have to wait so long for the hair to grow out in order to get it waxed. Hair just bothers me period and with shaving, I have ultimate control when I want to get rid of it. Always use a fresh razor!

Definitely waxing - it weakens the hair the more you do it so eventually you hardly have to do it atall.

After a while the pain isnt as bad either -best of luck!

if you can face it then waxing. i shave as i cant stand to let it grow and i have no problems. always use shaving gel though and good razors, not cheap ones as they will cut you.
