Try soaking the stained area overnight in water. It should loosen the dried paint which can then be brushed away with an old toothbrush. If that doesn't work, try rubbing the area with a cloth dipped in laquer thinner, but be careful. This stuff is highly flammable, so don't smoke while you're doing it. Chances are you'll get the paint out, but some of the pigment has permanently dyed your pants.

Be bold, consider it a fashion statement.
Unless you're painting in a business suit, why don't you just leave it - you'll just do it again and again and again. Why - coz you're an artist and you paint!
I haven't met an artist yet who doesn't have a pair of trousers with at least a few streaks of paint.
Alternatively, you could paint in the all-together - might disturb the neighbours though ;~)))
[Do you realise just how fashionable your trousers are now!]

I know this might sound weird, but use Windex.
As soon as you spray it on, the acrylic pain will start to dissolve,
and it'll be easier to wash out.
Hope this helps. :]
