use skin cleaner for your type skin. cleaners get the dirt out of the pores. then use a soap with coco butter or aloe . they are great skin softeners. wash your face with a soft cloth or use your hands. never rub. pat dry.a daily routine is always best and use a good face cream or lotion, never use body products on your face, face products are best.

The trick is to first find a moisturizer that works for you personally, that absorbs and doesn't sit on your skin and feel greasy -- experiment with small sizes till you find one you like -- and then, you have to apply it while you are still damp from the shower. This seems somehow to seal in the extra bit of moisture. Products with shea butter seem to work well for lots of people. No need to spend a lot.
And try increasing your fluid intake if you're not drinking enough water. Nothing will make you look healthier than actually being healthy, which means being hydrated, and I'm not talking Diet Coke. 8 glasses of water a day. You'll see the difference, promise!

Well, first eat healthy and exercise. That'll refresh your body and make your skin glow and look more healthy.
Also, try using a sea salt scrub to exfoliate your skin a few times a week. You don't want to use it every day because it could dry out your skin. And of course you could always splurge once in awhile at spas and get a salt scrub done there.
Experiment with different lotions. Different people respond to different lotions. Find one that works well for you and makes your skin feel smooth and not oily. Usually stuff that has aloe or cocoa butter in it make skin smooth. Put a generous amount on 3-5 minutes after getting out of the shower, when your skin is still damp. Good luck! :)

My secret is Johnson's Baby Oil Lotion. I put it on right after my shower and let it work its magic overnight. For the tough spots (heels, elbows etc.) I make sure to exfoliate about once a week and use specialized foot and elbow creams.

mousterize your skin with lotion that says SANSITIVE SKIN on the bottle. Try lotions with cocoanut or other food scents it makes your skin soft but be careful if you have super sensitive skin.

Safflower oil. Cheap. You can get it in any grocery store. The natural linoleic acid in it does wonders.
Wash it off with moisturizing soap. I like bath and body work's stuff.
