Not saying the bible is a myth. But on the show the casts works to recreate the scenario. So what part would be fun to recreate?

the Noah's Ark story. It'd be amusing to see Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage try to get all the species of animals into one boat. "We have an elephant overboard repeat, elephant overboard!"

^depressed lol that is Jonas, not Moses ;-)

but I would like to see them construct a vessel perhaps not the same size as the ark was, but in scale.

The longest wooden ship ever built (i.e. historically verified) was the USS Wyoming. This vessel, which was, at 110 meters long, a full 50% shorter than Noah’s ark, was found to be so unstable that it could only be used for short coastal hauls to avoid rough conditions further out in the sea. The huge structural stresses that developed in the USS Wyoming made the ship sag and, well, it leaked. Water thus had to be pumped out continuously to prevent the ship from sinking. Now, here we have Noah’s ark, built with wood, before the invention of steel and hydraulic pumps, undergoing the turbulent conditions of the flood unscathed. That is a Mythbuster's show right there.

Noah's ark. Though the ASPCA would get on their case. Still, they could build the boat to the specifications listed in the Bible, and without the rain see if they could fit two of every species on the boat (including two blue whales, because they need salt water and rain that flooded the world would turn the ocean into fresh water). Then with a team of 6 people, see if they can keep all of the animals fed for 40 days without leaving the boat. The compartment for elephant food would be interesting.

Or replicating the Jesus miracles with parlor tricks. I saw Penn & Teller do a couple of them. Or Cain & Abel! Have two guys beat each other, then tattoo the winner and send him off into the town of Nod, filled with people that couldn't have come from Cain & Abel's parents.

Noah's Ark would be a good one.

First Kings, chapter 7, verses 23 and 26 where the bible claims that PI=3.0 That would be an interesting one too and would require a lot less construction!

Noah's Ark (see how much space is required to place the number of animals said to be on the ark in an area)

The Resurrection comes immediately to mind. But I think there are limits to what Jamie and Adam are prepared to do for the sake of either science or infotainment.

Well, since they couldn't recreate a miracle, maybe a battle or something.
