I know that Union square station of NY subway has "moving platform" system. Because platforms are at curvature.

Does any other station (not only subway) have moving platform system?

The South Ferry station on the #1 also has a "moving platform". That will be lost to regular service when the new South Ferry terminal opens sometime in 2008 (or 2009).

No other active platform has this.

But - the closed of portion of the Brooklyn Bridge station (express tracks uptown and downtown) still have the original
"moving platforms" that were put into disuse when the platforms were extended nortward. These can be seen by looking out (and down) from the side window as the train enters the uptown platform after coming from Fulton St or when leaving the Brooklyn Bridge station heading to Fulton St.
