Depending on the seller, maybe. But it isn't smart.

For one thing, most of these spammers don't give a damn about you or your health: They just want your money. The chances are that you might not even get what you asked for: What you get is most likely an adulterated product. And it might even be dangerous to you, if the product is not what you need.

this is not exactly ethical but for the most part yes
