DUTCH OR DANISH (?)

It´s Norwegian, I understand it but can´t translate it properly: it goes somewhat like this, the singing at JALILEHVAND using the ABBA´s (som område) can´t translate it (guess Abbas music was interpreted), did sadly enough give no result in "Person" (don´t know if that´s a place or what). Sorry tried my best, there is something missing in the sentence.

Not Dutch... it looks like Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
