I have a wedding coming up and I am not a regular drinker.I don't plan to get out of hand. But I'm sure it won't take much to have a hang-over the next day.I do know I could pass on the drinking also.Which I may just do.But not for just myself, because if i don't drink often. But if anyone else drinks I know nothing of a cure for a good hangover.Does anyone have a surefire cure for the next day, other then having another beer or drink the next day?

Take a B-12, a B Complex, and a multi-vitamin that day, and the next. Take a couple Advil (not Tylenol) with water before bed. And if you don't want a bloody mary in the morning, just V8 is fine. It has plenty of vitamins. Have fun!

First, keep water handy. In between every alcoholic drink, drink a glass of water. THEN, before you go to sleep take 2 aspirin (not Tylenol or ibuprofen) with at least one glass of water.
The next day, 2 aspirin and a Cola Slurpee.
It's a nice gesture to put a packet of aspirin and a bottle of water on the pillows of your guests, too. Hotels typically are happy to cooperate with this little surprise package and people really appreciate it. Even Oprah does it!
Good luck and Happy Wedding!!!

there is honestly no "cure" for a hangover. you can take medicine before you go to sleep(avoid certain meds as they will really mess up your liver combined with alcohol) and drink plenty of water. that will help a little bit. but don't expect anything to prevent a hangover. i say just have a good time at your wedding and deal with feeling crappy the next day.

Eat a little something before you go to bed (bread always works for me) along with 2 full glasses of water and 3 Advils.

the answer my friend is of course drink a drink then drink the same amount of water or soda. that way you will be diluting every drink unless you want that kick but remember there is no "kick" after you go beyond DRUNK in that case get some cans of V-8
yea, nasty but it works for me. good luck
